Class Details

We will be hosting our first ever cake class this November and it’s all about FALL!

During this class you will learn the technique on how to ice a smooth buttercream finish while achieving a sharp edge.

Along the way you will learn tips and tricks which will elevate your cake to the next level.  We believe that a clean cake makes a beautiful blank canvas.

You will learn how to properly fill, ice, and structure a two tier cake.

As a student in this class you will also learn advanced color enriching techniques to create whimsical and lifelike Sugar Leaves.

Lastly, we will learn techniques on how to create a chocolate drip and arrange your falling Sugar Leaves accompanied with other Fall goodies. These make the perfect accent pieces for your cake!

This class is open to a variety of levels and serves as a great foundation for those who want to work on developing their skills  or the perfect refresher for those who are in need of one!

**Please note that this is a 6-hour class, so we will be moving rather quickly. All materials and supplies will be provided.

All students will receive

  • Their cake (obvi) to take home and enjoy with family and friends
  • An informational packet so you can recreate this cake
  • Our Italian Meringue Buttercream recipe
  • A detailed list of the tools recommended to create this cake

Only 6 seats available per class (6 to 1 student/teacher ratio)

Cake will be baked prior to student arrival, and flavor will be, but of course, Pumpkin Spice **
